With 30-years experience in the construction industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and insights. Over this time, I've led teams and navigated the ever-changing landscape of construction, contributing to the success of the organisations I have been a part of. My commitment to excellence and adaptability to industry trends has been a driving force throughout my career. As a seasoned professional, I continue to leverage my deep understanding of the industry, to lead and to innovate.

MEP Director

Andrew's journey has taken him from the foundational roles of an Electrical Apprentice through to the strategic positions of Engineer, Project Manager, and finally, as a Director, before he stepped into his current role as Managing Director of Scrubs MEP. His experience, nurtured within some of London's premier Tier 1 MEP firms, now enriches our team. In his leadership at Scrubs MEP, Andrew blends a detailed, hands-on approach with a steady, guiding hand, ensuring projects evolve seamlessly from their initial concept through to their final completion. His enthusiasm is measured but clear, driving the team forward with a focused vision. Among his notable achievements is his involvement in projects for iconic London landmarks such as the Piccadilly Lights and the O2 Arena, showcasing a career marked by significant contributions and steady progress.

Scrubs AB Director

As the Managing Director of Scrubs AB, a leader in the cleaning industry, specialising in new build data centers across Sweden and Denmark. Since 2019, I've brought my many years of expertise to the role, overseeing cleaning teams across various sites. At Scrubs AB, we stand out in cleaning MV and HV switchgear, along with top-down colo cleans.

I take pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards and leading with a strong vision. Over the years, I've built strong relationships with prestigious clients, including Siemens, Eaton, Jones, Flact Group, FiveFour Engineering, and many more. Under my guidance, Scrubs AB aims to lead the industry, setting the bar for precision and thoroughness in data center cleaning. With a clear vision for expansion across wider Europe, I'm excited about leading Scrubs AB to new heights and establishing our position as the go-to authority in all aspects of data center cleaning.

Project Manager

With over 15 years of experience, I kicked off my journey at Scrubs with a paintbrush in hand, bringing colors to life. It's been a wild ride of growth, starting with a City and Guilds Level 3 in painting and decorating, I embraced training, and completed the RICS course in Quantity Surveying.

Today, as a project manager at Scrubs, my responsibilities are overseeing projects and managing the quoting process. This progressive path reflects Scrubs' commitment to growth and development, shaping me into a professional with a unique blend of technical knowledge, management, and dedication.

MEP Contracts Manager

I was thrilled to join Scrubs MEP with 24 years of diverse experience in the Electrical industry. My journey started with a 4-year apprenticeship, progressing through roles like installation electrician, business owner, electrical supervisor, and project engineer. From domestic to commercial and industrial settings, I've honed my skills. I've contributed internationally, working in Germany on Electrical Data centers. Previously, as an electrical manager for tier 1 companies, I oversaw notable projects like Lucent Piccadilly Lights TV.

Document Controller

Working for Scrubs has been a great experience for me to evolve myself and grow with the company. I get to be a part of an amazing team of different nationalities while my main focus is Sweden and Nordic countries. 

I have a lot of previous experience in management and variety of procedures and documentation needed in Sweden, in order to ensure the company is fully compliant. It is a workplace where we exchange our knowledge, experiences, and expertise across borders in order to always evolve, which is such an honour to be a part of.

Quantity Surveyor

Currently navigating my career within the dynamic city of London, equipped with a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying. With over 4 years of experience in the field, I'm all about meticulous preparation of quotes, rigorous cost analyses, proficient implementation of Procore. From boots on the ground during site visits to handling applications and whipping up detailed reports, I take serious pride in what I do, finding satisfaction in collaborative efforts with my team. Beyond professional pursuits, I am dedicated to immersing myself in London's rich culture and continuous professional development.

Procurement

With over 40 years in the construction industry, I've worn many hats, mainly in sales and procurement. My mission is finding the most energy-efficient materials and creating interiors with top suppliers. As a people person and a logical thinker, I tackle complex issues to run our sites smoothly. Being hands-on helps me guide site managers and tradespeople, ensuring we deliver projects on time, every time. It's not just a job; it's about bringing expertise and heart to construction, making each project a success for our clients and the whole team.
